In October, Dennis Bell joined the Communication Strategies team.
Dennis has over 25 years of IT experience with a career starting in digital PBX system design, then branching into cabling, network design, and data center operations. He has led major campus voice and data networking projects in higher education and hi-tech companies. As a consultant, Dennis works in technology and vendor selection, project management, and IT process optimization, including security and compliance.
Dennis holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Davis
