Avaya emerges from Bankruptcy: New Promotions

Avaya successfully completed its debt restructuring and emerged from chapter 11. In order to support their 130,000 clients worldwide, Avaya embarked upon a new course with technology acquisitions to enhance their product portfolio, geographical and partner expansions, and new promotional offerings.

To bolster their position as the largest pure-play Unified Communications and Contact Center provider in the cloud, Avaya announced the acquisition of Spoken on January 29, 2018. Spoken is purported to be a leading innovator in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions for enterprise customers. Spoken offers optimized applications such as conversational artificial intelligence, multi-tenant architecture, and specialized agent quality software applications and services that will strengthen Avaya offerings for the future.
