Adapt Technologies has extended an invitation to Communication Strategies to present at their March “Win the Race” Seminars in South San Francisco and Irvine CA on March 19th and 20th. At the Adapt sessions, Chuck Vondra will review successful case studies on contact center best practices in the financial services and general market sectors.
Over the past 25 years Communication Strategies has built their reputation on working with clients who need assistance designing and deploying multi-media contact centers locally, nationally and globally.
The seminars will be held at the K1 Go Kart Centers in each city and will feature a winning the race theme with two hours of go karting following the seminar.
