The Social Security Administration is taking steps to improve telephone customer service via its Next Generation Telephony Project (NGTP). In order to help ensure project success and meet its aggressive timeline, the SSA has engaged Communications Strategies to assist in project planning and design. The SSA has seen a large spike in call volume during the pandemic and is seeking to leverage newer technologies as well as position its contact center for the hybrid work model.
Communication Strategies was previously involved in helping the White House roll out its toll-free Covid vaccination in 2021.
